Chalk, by Bill Thomsonscreen-shot-2017-01-05-at-7-58-23-pm

My kids love books, and this is one of their favorites! My 3-year-old received Chalk for her birthday from a friend, and it is on my permanent gift list. The gorgeously illustrated picture book tells the fantastic story of three kids visiting a park on a rainy day. They find a bag of magic chalk and wild adventures ensue! The best part: the story has no words. Such a great book for young readers!  With 235 reviews on Amazon, and almost 5 stars, this is SURE to be a hit!

Dhom All Natural Sound Machinescreen-shot-2017-01-05-at-7-58-06-pm

This New Year, our family’s resolution is to get MORE SLEEP.  Like ALL the way through the night kind of sleep. Can I get an amen? If you are looking for a tool to help you and your family sleep, this sound machine is it!  Although it is a little expensive, it is worth EVERY PENNY. The “sound conditioner uses a whirling fan instead of that terrible electronic white noise. We have one in all of our bedrooms. They do a great job of blocking out noise and helping us relax. If you still aren’t sold on how much better this is than a noise machine, feel free to read the OVER 10,000 reviews!!

NoseFridascreen-shot-2017-01-05-at-7-57-56-pm

There is nothing pretty about this review. It’s cold and flu season and that means stuffy noses!  If you have a kiddo under one year old, you will probably run into at snot situation at some point.  Getting a little bitty to blow their nose is IMPOSSIBLE. That is where the NoseFrida comes in: if they won’t blow the snot out, you can suck it out. Have you recovered yet from your gag reflex? Gross but super duper effective. And I promise, nothing gets in your mouth. You place a suction tube over their nostril to create a seal. Then, you suck on the other end of a tube and wham! Your kid has a clean nose and every one can sleep, eat and breathe.
